Since updating my MSN and Hotmail recently, both the photo upload tool on my website and now my new large Hotmail attachment tool have packed up, and simply crash my IE and I have to restart them. The trouble is MSN don't download this tool directly, it comes automatically and my download failed at the last minute when I upgraded. Now I'm stuck with a partial program and no apparent way to reload it. I'm using another server for my photos and another address to send attachments, but it would be nice to have the others up and running as well. I can't do the usual empty and reload the program as it would mean saving a whole cloned MSN website which included a fault, otherwise I'd lose all my data. So I need to reload the single failed program this time as the alternative needs a trained operator to do it without losing my data. It must happen occasionally so can it be repaired?

This is odd, I tried a dodge to update it from a different computer as you can use MSN anywhere, and the download window opened, and within a minute the identical crash happened. How can everyone else with an MSN website and upgraded Hotmail manage it OK and not me- it must mean my server details are corrupted at their end, as it wasn't related to my home computer. Looks like a marathon email session with MSN support, what a wonderful prospect...
