May I join the list of those begging for advice? A few days back, when I switched on my computer, it started scrolling in a strange manner. The screen refresh rate is still the same as always, but whenever I try to scroll up or down in Word or FT, it seems to perpetually refresh causing me tons of grief when searching for those vital seconds in Smartest. Any ideas?

P.S. It seems to scroll normally in a Flash Frame(is that the correct term), such as in a Flash game or some such.
