I burnt a DVD for the first time using DVD Shrink, which is a great program for making movies compressed enough to fit on a 4.7GB.
When the DVD burns the quality is great, like the original, but the problem I'm having is skipping and freezing when I play the DVD.
How can I burn the DVD so it doesn't skip or freeze?
I read in another forum about this topic but I'm still not clear on what to do.

What they are saying is to burn at 2x and not 4x. How do I know the speed it is burning at and if it isn't burning at 2x how do I change it on DVD Shrink so it is?
