22-14 Tigers over the raiders after being down 14-nil at half time. I feel like I've played a game of football jsut watching them, that's exhausting.

Can you imagine next week if broncos beat dragons, bulldogs beat parra, knights beat manly and Tigers get up over cowboys? We'll be in third and THEN you'll hear some noise

Well! That's not very nice Copago. The Bulldogs don't have to beat the Eels for the Tigers to move into third. Maybe the name of this thread should just be changed to Copago's Bragging Corner.

The Doggies came close to beating Parra- they only lost by 56 to 4..

Please do NOT encourage her, mate!

It's not the Tigers that have improved this season but the other teams who are getting worse.

oh pish posh - they've improved beyond imagination

and yes, Copago's bragging corner sounds pretty good. Might wait until after tomorrow's game ... if the name of the thread changes you know we've won.

True, Kevin, dogs didn't have to beat eels for Tigers to be in third (lucky that given the scoreline ) we'd have been on equal points but for and against was against us.

oh and by using the finals calculator on NRL.com (it's on the front page about half way down) I've got it a broncos Tigers grandfinal. Someone else give it a go and tell me what you come up with.

I made it Brisbane -v- Parramatta, but my choices were probably as biased as yours!

bias? Noooo.

Hour til kickoff in my game. Carn the Tiges. I am so nervous and it sucks watching it on TV - you feel so powerless, at least if you're at a game shouting at the ref makes you feel like you're contributing somehow.

actually if I remember it's naughty to have a members name in a thread title so I'll just get this back on track with NRL 2005.

Plus it's another chance to gloat - just waiting on the other results, especially the Dragons game, so see if we lift up at all. hehehehe

Here come the Tigers wearing black and gold ....

I think the entire Tigers team should be drug tested...they are just playing too good considering what they have been like in previous seasons.

Police have opened an investigation into the theft of footy jumpers...

The suspects growled.

But I am glad I picked the Pussycats!

Apparently they caught some Easts players trying to make away with them ...

I can't explain to you lot just how good this all is. I'm 34 years old and in all my life my team (Balmain at the time) made the grandfinal twice, losing both times (oh the tragedy) and that was in the late 80's. Since then we've been mediocre at best and after just missing the eight last year suddenly here we are, fourth and on a major roll. OUr team has come together and they are brilliant and although I am a long suffering Tigers supporter so I can't get to confident because the bubble has to burst soon we are looking good and are a possibility for the grandfinal.

You think I'm noisy now? Imagine me if we made it???? But really anything is a bonus this year. Wait til next year.

And you are torturing yourself by hoping for a hat-trick?

I reckon it will be a St George V Broncos Grand Final...

But just in case, I will order earmuffs for everyone in this room

Broncos are buggered. They won't get minor premiers and I think will struggle to make the grandfinal. Although to sit myself firmly on the fence they do know how to lift for the semis and other big games. I know I said broncos would be there before in this thread if they kieep up their current form it will be Tigers v parra or dragons.
