So this was a plateau week for me... only lost 2 pounds... and I've joined a gym, so I'll be starting aerobics classes on Monday. Next week should have a good loss number.

Judging from your DaVinci photo, you don't have to lose any weight at all.

Down another 2 lb to 13 st 9 lb (191 lb; 86.6 kg). I was hoping to get down to 13 stone by the end of April, but it looks as if it's going to take a bit longer.

Jeesh! I was hesitant to say anything on here but I'm kinda with Achernar. 6' 4" and down to 126 pounds (don't know the conversion). You guys have a bit of luggage to worry about losing but I don't think it matters all that much. But keep going! You all sound to be going great with it. And I would never recommend my diet/exercise regime .

I wish to complain, the scales at the hospital were wrong, gave false hope. I am now 12 stone 2 pounds, not under twelve. Unless I gained a few pounds since returning to Jersey Hospital on Saturday but then the food has been excellent.

12 stone, I have gone off my food again. Perhaps it is having to prepare it myself.

Sheesh TT, if you lose much more you will disappear. I am very impressed though.

I think I'll start this weigh-in thing. It sounds like a great idea- maybe a little more motivation to lose some weight!!

Welcome - it helps (all except Ren) to lose weight when you have to go public - she just thinks her new computer will get rid of her flab!

Hope the appetite returns soon, even though it may make life difficult in some ways.

I’m down to 13 st 2 lb (184 lb; 83.5 kg). I’ve set my target at 12 st 9 lb (177 lb; 80.3 kg), so I’ve got just seven pounds to go.

Little hiccup this week and put 1 lb on, back to 10 stone 6 pounds. But I have been suffering with a cold, and been having hot drinks, so the weight loss should show this coming week
