I have just received a notice by an editor regarding an unsubmitted quiz that I have not worked on it seems since 4th December 2004. It was expressed that I updated and submit or delete it.

I find this perplexing as I have "Do Not Delete" on it which another editor told me to do so quizzes do not get scrappped and everything is fine from there until they can be worked on and submitted.

I think demands expressed as such a little confusing, for is it not up to me when I work on it and submit it. Additionally, it would have been nicer to receive a less "threatening" correction notice with this ultimatum.

As have been expressed many times by the editors, that there is a life outside this site and things may take a little more time than usual, etc., etc., well the same applies here. My life is not the best at the moment, and I do not find time much to even visit or play games here.

But that aside, is there now a time limit on quizes staying in the unsubmitted section - and have not been worked on for three months. If there is, I will start taking my uncompleted or ones that I have not thoroughly checked and happy with offline.

I'm not sure, but I think that even if there's "do not delete" in the title of the quiz, the FT system won't notice when it deletes old quizzes automatically. So what I do with my unfinished quizzes is that I re-save them every once in a while, even if I haven't made any changes. I do it just to renew the timestamp on the quiz that indicates when it was last worked on. No idea about your particular case of course, but maybe that's what the editor in question meant?
