YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEE that is the best news I have heard all week! Thank you Vicky for updating us. I think you had best warn your Mom that her phone will be ringing off the hook when she is back in Jersey. I wonder if the Chef has Spam on the menu! That would make her day. Oh I am so relieved that she didn't have to have the surgery and that she is only having to do the oral antibiotics. I know alot of people in here and other places will be so happy to hear this good news. A very happy PF

That is great news about Sue! I am so happy she doesn't need the surgery! Some good news is a great relief for a change. I hope the chef will prepare some prawns, and even a lobster, to welcome her back to Jersey. It is a wonderful sign that her appetite is good. Thank you so much, Vicky, for bringing us this update. I can't wait to talk to your mom.

YEA! Oh, I'm so glad to hear that things are better for our Sue! This is good news for a change. Yep, there are going to be a lot of prawns on the menu for our Sue when she's up and going again! I bet her mouth's already drooling for some good food. Thanks for the update!

That's amazing- how often do you expect all sorts of surgery and then told you're OK- fantastic!
It's been a bit of a bad day on other health fronts I know and that really made up for it.

Dear Sue, I am not on this site all that often any more. I was very upset to see what a rough time you have been through. Please accept my belated condolences on the loss of your Mom. I am glad to hear you are doing better, it sounds like you have had a bumpy ride. I had a bacon bunty the other morning and it made me think of you and your kind offer to send me brown sauce, until I found it on the shelf of my local super market. Take care of yourself.

Hi all,
Mum's now back in Jersey on Sorel Ward. Her number is 00 44 1534 622684 but we're not sure how long she'll be in hospital - hopefully not long. She'll need surgery at some stage but there's no indication as to whether it will be weeks or years at this stage.
Cheers.

That is Super news Vicky. Thank You for passing the news and Phone number along to us. I have a feeling the phone will be ringing off the hook. I shall try and call her tomorrow also. I hope she doesn't have to be in the hospital for very much longer. I am sure she is anxious to get home and rest and relax and make sure her kitties are ok. I am just glad she is on the road to recovery. Please give her a hug for me when you see her. Thanks. PF

Vicky,
I sent your mom a card, but it probably hasn't arrived yet. DOn't know if they are forwarding her mail to her. Any way you can check and let me know? It would be from Raleigh, North Carolina, USA
Thanks!

Important announcement: Monsieur Valois, AKA Rich, AKA Sue's favourite FT Hunk, is having difficulty logging in . He would like it known by Sue that he is really hoping she will soon be well. XXx

Vicky,
Would you be so kind as to pass on my well wishes to your mom? I wanted to call her, but I don't have international calling at the moment.
Thanks.

I am the same as ClaraSue, I really meant to sent a get well card Anyway, Vicky, when you talk to your mom please let her know she is in my thoughts and prayers and that I'm sending her all the best wishes from Melbourne. I'm so glad to hear that she's recovering! Maybe I'll still manage to send that card...
