I just finished a quiz in which there was a multiple choice question to which I thought I had answered correctly, but was told my answer was incorrect. The maker of this quiz was sophie38, and on checking the quiz to try to find my mistake or the quiz makers mistake, I find the original question was "FILL IN THE BLANK"
How did the question go from fill in the blank to multiple choice?

It doesn't. I had already looked through the quizzes and didn't see the problem. I hoped that if the poster could point us more toward the specifics...
