http://support.microsoft.com.
This is the EXACT SAME website used by Microsoft techs on the "pay" line. I know, because I once worked for Microsoft. In the month of training we got, about 95% of it was teaching us how to search the website.
Seriously, when you call Microsoft & give them your credit card for support, a technician pulls up this very same website and searches through it, and reads the step-by-step instructions that are printed on the page to you, over the phone. The only difference between you visiting the site & them reading it to you, is you pay for them to read it to you.
