An editor just deleted a correction to my quiz "Great Movie Quotes I" before I had a chance to research the gray area this touched on and reply to the corrector. Can this note be restored? It was sent to me probably 5/17 or 5/16. Thanks

I'm guilty root. If it was the info section re sequels winning Oscars (as I think it was) all I did was change the word 'only' to 'first' and remove the date stamp ('as of whenever'). Whether or not the film cited qualifies as a sequel (as it probably does) the changes made make the info correct forever - it will always be the first sequel to be so honoured, no matter how many other sequels win the award in the future.

As to restoring the note, sorry, no can do.

Can you at least tell me who it was from? I never had a chance to thank them.
