Guess I was supposed to post all that drivel about hobbies and interests, but at my age the list is long and everyone would be asleep by then. I'm as likely to enjoy the mechanics of a turbo-prop engine as I would the mystery of Jack the Ripper, and from what I've seen, there are many similarly inclined. And I do a bit of personal joinery, but mostly prefer a home remodel or addition to put the meat on the table. I've plied my trade all over the country, but the south always has drawn me with its unique and gracious magnetism. The day I was leaving the chef came out from the kitchen to say goodbye!
