Have you ever wondered why 'they' haven't made some widget that you would really like to have?
Over the years, I've wanted to see heated steering wheels for cars to warm my frozen fingers; heated seats also. Well, somebody invented such things just because other people thought it a good idea.
As I sat on my windy front porch awhile ago, I thought that it would be a great idea if someone invented goggles that would let me actually see the wind!
There are always particles of dirt and dust in the air, why can't we see them with special goggles that would also judge and display their speed through the air?
I've seen our weather reports that use Doppler radar and color images; they are not for our local conditions but for weather patterns 200 miles away.

I have a heated seat in my car, in fact I have had three cars with heated seats - Swedish! Volvos and a Saab.

Yeah, but I thought of them first way back in the '60s!
