Okay, I know this is going to be a bit bland, but I am desperate to find out the title of a song. I first heard it about a week ago on a radio station that plays 70s & 80s music. The only thing I can tell you about the song, is that it has more of an upbeat tempo, and a guy is singing about his girlfriend. It's like he's so in love & happy to be with her and how she makes him feel. I remembered a line of the lyrics and was able to find it on the internet, and had it saved, but thanks to a meddling brother, he deleted it and now I can't remember any part of the song or the title or the artist. Any help with any title of any song that fits this "criteria" will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much & sorry about the lack of info.

Talk about luck! I've been away from home all this time & when I did return home, I sat here & had the TV playing behind me. It just so happened that a TV commercial played the exact song I was inquiring about! The title is "Some Kind of Wonderful" by Grand Funk Railroad.

I'm so glad you found it, because I was thinking that you had an impossible task ahead of you. Gee, an upbeat love song, from the 70's or 80's. Can't be too many of them, right?

Wow, NalaMarie! I remember going to a Grand Funk concert when I was about thirteen. Those Marshall stacks were cranked up so loud that my ears started to hurt and I left the arena to walk around and around in the corridors that circled the place. I couldn't hear very well till about noon the next day. Turns out I suffered permanent hearing loss that night, and my folks were ready to sue somebody! [ but never did]

But I'm glad you found your song, anyway!
