This one goes out to all of you who are editors...

I know you've probably been asked this about a million times, but how does one go about becoming an editor? I am interested in becoming one. I would be more then willing to be trained to do this. I have a University degree and am knowledgeable on many topics. Just curious if you can all help me out. Maybe take my info down for future purposes. If you can help me out, that would be awesome.
