When I was at peimary school, my parents were very surprised to see that teachers didn't correct spelling errors etc, in schoolbooks. Perhaps this is why spelling is not my best subject....with maths...history....geography...:

Hmm... I was NOT amused to read in my son's school report that he 'has a flare for drama'. I just hope he's not a budding arsonist...

Actually in my experience that is a teacher positive spin for 'he likes to be the centre of attention'!
