Sure - I'm going to be fielding a pretty big one regardless so what's a little more pain?

Well if the offer of a live show weren't tempting enough, it's almost worth it to see the 'ardudous' Hume - I know my mind's boggling!

'Ardudous' means 'scenic', in Xhosa -the Northern dialect, of course!..

(Note to Copago- bring a helmet!)...

Ah, knew I shouldn't have dropped out of that Xhosa course after the Southern and Western dialects were covered. They told me I'd greert it one day, and that day has come.

ing... if I can make it down from Brizzy (which I have already arranged to do) then you should be able to get there as well.

The thought of getting a phone call from a bunch of happy (read raucous) FTers is much less preferable to being there.
You will have a ball.

Ooh Exit, is that a challenge?!?

I'm thinking about it, believe me. I'm not for a second thinking I wouldn't have a blast, but the car needs servicing, I'd need to arrange for someone to feed the plants and water my parents, and there was another reason...oh yeah, I'm horrifically lazy! Sigh, once upon a time when I was young I used to make the return Canberra-Sydney trip just about every weekend. But like I say, I've hardly been to Sydney since I moved back to Canberra - well, it was either that or learn to do my own washing...actually, my uncle used to live in Melbourne and his mother in Canberra. He had 31 pairs of socks so he'd only have to make the trip once a month - true story!!

Did he go without socks on the journey if it was a 31 day month?

I think perhaps he travelled on the 31st day, but I wouldn't put anything past the man!

Hehe, just thought I would join the "encourage Ing to join in the debauchery" thread.

Ing the Funtriv. meeting I went to was a lot of fun, toys were handed out and whilst no-one seemed keen to discuss controversial issues the conversation was very entertaining. I think Oz must have shares in his current telecommunications company as there are a number of phone calls made to people around Australia and the world from his mobile. The booze is cheap, the food is fine and the company great.

Me and my big mouth eh. Lol, Oz no I will not go via Canberra and pick Ing up, but if Ing catches a train to Sutherland I will be delighted to drive her out to Blacktown and back to Sutherland station. Just think of it she will be able to get plastered and I will not, yet again.
