You either love or hate them but you must admit they are strange creatures.

Why do they HAVE to try to trip you up when you walk?

Why do they refuse the clean water you provide them with and drink dirty water from puddles outside? OK, so they don't like the chemicals but don't tell me that filthy water tastes better.

You provide them with a nice comfie pet bed but they sleep in a cardboard box.

Why is that they will eat the same catfood for years or months but will suddenly refuse to touch it with a bargepole?

You must have plenty more examples of cats being odd creatures - tell us about your cat's quirks.

I have said this before but one of mine adores mushrooms. Or did, until yesterday. She adored mushrooms for about 8 years. Until yesterday...
I hear you, Sue.

The other week I gave him three different flavours in separate dishes and still he turned his nose up - then I gave a fourth one in a china dish instead of plastic and he wolfed the lot. The fourth one was a flavour he had rejected some time before and was lurking in the back of the cupboard.
