Hello from beautiful New Zealand. I have been a member of Quizzyland for a number of months but have only just now got around to joining the Forums. I am looking forward to meeting many new people.

I have noticed that there are a significant number of Australians around here so to even the ledger I thought a perspective from the other side of the ditch might be welcome.

Yay, a non-Aussie! Welcome to the forums Howie. I understand that NZ is a beautiful country, my friend's son is out there at present and loves it.

Welcome. We have two newbies and they're both non-Aussies. The odds are improving!

Gidday, Howie! Any truth in the rumour that the North and South Islands are about to become the seventh and eighth states of Australia?

A good friend of mine ended up moving to New Zealand years ago, when he had originally been headed for Alice Springs! He was overwhelmed by the fairy tale beauty of the place, and stayed many years before returning to the States for a while. A hearty welcome, Howie!

Thank you for the warm welcome.

Ozzz, I believe that Tasmania is going to become New Zealand's fourth island and Mainland Australia, well, will be further down the list.

I like New Zealand. I was there for the first time a few months ago, but I only had time to do the South Island. It was absolutely amazing.
Welcome to the forums Howie. I hope you'll enjoy your time here.

Hi Howie. I have friends who are from NZ. Lovely people. I've always wanted to travel there. Maybe someday....when there's a way to get to New Zealand from Canada that doesn't involve a plane.

Welcome!

Wow, someone who might actually know who Anika Moa is. Looks like there might be at least one interested look in a sea of blank faces when she's brought up.
