I’ve played the quiz myself without any problems; and since the question is multiple choice there shouldn’t be any chance of typos on the part of the quiz-taker. Is there a glitch somewhere?

Did you double check that the correct answer was not also one of the incorrect answers? This has happened a few times, and is surprisingly hard to spot, if you are not looking for it.
Also, the chances are that the player did not actually click on the little dot when selecting the answer - this happens a lot, especially when quizzes are played in a hurry.
