LOL! It's Super Cat! Able to leap tall litterboxes...capable of opening catfood bags with no opposable thumbs!

Welcome...you'll find plenty of your own kind, here, trifle!

Welcome from myself and Lucy, who also used to appear in my little picture box.

ROFL! I like. A signature to match this pic was eluding me but I think you tweaked my imagination a bit more. Just finished reading "The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay" and I'm missing my old comic books.

Guess I've just gone goofy completely. Ever since the last Harry Potter book came out I've been reading old fables, young adult books and literature about kid stuff.

Was it a Warner Bros. cartoon where the little kid followed the skunk around calling it "Kitty? Kitty?"?

I'm not really a cat. Always thought of myself as more of a bookworm. Maybe I'm just a cat with worms. lol

Thank you for the welcome.

You've come to the right place for answers!

It was Pepe Le Pew, who as a skunk preferred black and white cats (which he thought were skunks,) and as you said was followed around by the kid who thought he was a cat as well. Not sure who produced it though.
