This article amused me, the thought of penguins being subjected to a twice daily walk to reduce their weight.

Never mind..I thought this was a story about the Pittsburgh Penguins !

Wouldn't that make them cannibals?

Maybe an inflatable Sea Lion would be an alternative. Towed around the Penguin enclosure on the end of a rope a couple of times a day, it might put the birds through their paces more than a walk does. Slim them down in half the time.
