Just had a lovely surprise from Australia this morning. Mother Goose, my astrological twin rang me up and I finally heard her voice.
Got to hear her daughter who sounds like a very grownup young lady now!

I agree, we both equal each other in chattability too. They said it couldn't be done!

That was fun, gets me started on my day of cooking and averting any family disasters here.
She's giving me some great recipes for chutney as mangos are on sale now, as well as trifle.

Merry whatever you're celebrating.

Yowsers! THe big man has been here and boy is he in good form! He drank the beer, ate the cake and the reindeer ate the carrot and then he left some pretty good things for us plus some great pressies from friends and rellies. (including some bongo drums for Conor. Great! Joy! I'll be having words later with THAT 'friend' ) Have to get ready for lunch so

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

Of course! It's December 25th "Down Under" already! Conor will love the bongo drums Jill, I am sure I can hear them from where I am now!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night (I'm not sure, but I think I've heard that somewhere before! LOL)

Merry Christmas, everyone!! (Even though it's almost over)This had to be one of the best Christmases ever as my mom went CRAZY with the old movie DVDs. (We're talking Astaire/Rogers, Jimmy Stewart, The Thin Man-all multi-DVD collections! Yay,Mom!) Hope everyone had an equally good day! Now I have my birthday to look forward to on Wednesday, and then my excitement for the year will be gone...
