Hopefully, I got the title right.
I am interested in what others thought of this movie. I hadn't heard much about it, and rented it on video. It was a movie that made me laugh, and cry. (I must admit, I have been known to cry over commercials even) I thought it was a sweet story, and from what I can remember of the "hype" before it came out, it didn't touch upon the sentiment of the story, only on the comedy.

Hi Stjerne, I saw this movie a while back. I expected more out of it from the ads they had out. I thought it was an okay movie. I can't put in one on top ten list though. I am like you, I cry very easily, and embarrass myself. So, I agree with you about not touching on the hype.

I saw it, I didn't cry, but I sure did laugh alot, especially when they were looking at that book. The movie was okay, but I agree with Sandalwood it wouldn't go on my top 10 list.

I am so sorry Isis. Friends are so important to us and trust in the first thing we give in friendship. I hope this friend asks you for her forgiveness!

Sorry to hear about that also Isis. The company you are with, can really effect the way you look back on things. I'll never forget the first time I saw "The Sting" at the movie theater. I went with a girlfriend who was just learning to live with being diabetic. (sp?) She smuggled in her own can of diet soda, and opened it during one of the saddest moments in the movie. Of course it exploded, and trying to stop the spray and noise she shoved it between her legs and tried to cover it with her hands. People were crying all around us, and we were in hysterical giggles. When the movie ended, she didn't want to walk out. Even now when I see that movie, I laugh during that part.

I saw "The Other Sister" and I loved it. As I add another movie to my list of movies that I cried at. I love Juliette Lewis. I think she is really talented.
