I'm partial to classic sci-fi such as WAR OF THE WORLDS, THE THING, THIS ISLAND EARTH,THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL,ALL PLANET OF YHE APE MOVIES, STAR WARS and of course STAR TREK. I did recently go see Supernova I thought it was a pretty good because from the moment I sat down I could not take my eye's off it and before I knew it the movie was over. The special effects and the whole story I thought was great. I don't know if anybody else out there saw it yet but I'd like how ya'll felt about it.Even though I'm trekkie Alien I think is the ultimate scifi/horror ever. I could list all my favorite movies but that would take a while also I'm into collectibles from models, toys, and movies themselves(letterbox edition especially) also if anybody is intrested I have a copy of Song Of The South. Well that's all for now looking forward to hearing from someone soon. BYE

I saw a trailer for the upcoming "Mission to Mars" and that looks excellent! I'm looking forward to seeing that when it comes out. I don't much like the horror side of sci-fi so I don't think I'll be seeing Super Nova.
I like Star Wars and Trek but my favorite sci-fi movies are The Matrix and Star Gate.

Captain Blooper--how would you rate such classics as 2001:A Space Odessey, Invasion Of The Body Snatchers (the original black & white version), or The Fly (the original black and white version) ?

Well Chelseabelle I alway's did like the origanals better than remake's. For example The Thing,The Blob and especially Ivasion of the Body Snatcher's, The Fly (featuring the immortal Vincent Price). As for 2001 Space Odessey (your gonna laugh when you here this) but when I first saw it I fell asleep on but when I got older I learned to understand alot better and ever since I've been a Kubrick fan. Ok let me ask you about a few movies such as When World's Collide, Crack In the Earth, Forbidden Planet(which was the first appearance of Robbie the Robot). I also mentioned I have a copy of Song Of The South.I know it does'nt have anything to do with scifi but I would like to know if you've seen it. If there's else I might of forgot let me know. Also I like your name I siberian huskie with the name Chelsea Blue. That's it for now. Hope to hear from you soon or you can e-mail if you like. BYE
