I just read this book written by John's first wife and mother of his son Julian.

I found it to be truthful, sad, informative and written with love.

I read the whole book in one sitting and it was worth the time. The pictures in the book are nostalgic and made me smile at times.

I feel bad for her and Julian. They were treated shabbily after John met Yoko and I find myself having no respect for him as a Husband and a father in those days.I still love his music.

I am so glad she wrote the book and I hope it gives her closure and finally some happiness.

Has anyone else read the book? It is worth the read if you are a fan.

I couldn't agree more. I've seen Cynthia interviewed on various subjects several times, and she's been on a number of chat shows. She comes over as a really nice person, without any real grudge against John or anyone else.
Don't think it's my kind of reading, but I hope her book does well.

My son's named for Julian, but because it was the first time I'd heard that name and always loved it.
I'm looking forward to reading this though I know it's sad.
I think poor Jules got the short end of the stick in that divorce and John was really led around like a pony by Yoko.

Boy you aren't wrong about Yoko. I have always disliked her and after I read the book I knew I was justified in my dislike.

I can't believe that Julian is over 40 now. Where or where did the yrs go.

I so hope he finds happiness and someone who will love him like his Mother Loved his Father.

I think I will purchase this book as it is the best one I have read about John and is definitely worth owning.
