Come on, admit it...you've cried at a movie or two. (Or in my case a movie or 20) What are some of the movies you've cried at? Yes, even the ones you're embarassed to admit. My list is more than a couple: 1.Lion King 2.Man On The Moon 3.Ghost 4.A League of Their Own 5.The Other Sister 6.October Sky 7.Homeword Bound 8.Armageddon 9.Stepmom 10.Phenomenon 11.JackFrost 12.It's A Wonderful Life 13.Breakfast at Tiffany's

The movie that brought the most tears for me was Splendour In The Grass with Natalie Wood and Warren Beatty. I was about 14 the first time I saw it and I remember running to mother and sobbing hysterically. It really broke my heart. The Joy Luck Club was also sad in parts and Schindler's List.

There's one called "My Life", I think, quite sad. And I started crying a little at the end of "American Beauty". And of course "My Girl". waaa!

I am such a sad sap at emotional movies, and I know it will inevitably be sad but yet I never take kleenex with me and I always end up wiping my face on my shirt (or the personīs next to me...whom I go with). Anyway... ET (donīt wanna talk about it) Terms of Endearment Steel Magnolias (cemetery scene) Beaches (waaaahhh) Dying Young Life is Beautiful Schindlerīs List Braveheart (the end...bawled!) Last of the Mohicans (cliff scene) Titanic (record-breaker...cried 8 times) [This message has been edited by Fortunata (edited 02-03-2000).]

I know this is a big cliche, but "It's A Wonderful Life" gets me every time. When the brother says, "here's to my brother George, the richest guy in town," I am on the floor, sobbing.

Every single time I watch the old movie Madame X I cry my eyes out. I must have seen that movie twenty times and I still cry. I have to admit I cry at most all of the old Shirley Temple movies.

I'm such a softie I cry at loads of movies, but usually only if nobody's watching. Here are just some of the LOADS that have made me cry: Ghost Terms of Endearment Philadelphia Story The Colour Purple (half a box of tissues this one!) Casalblanca Brief Encounter and most old black and white movies - the classics - don't know why, they just do.

i don't cry as much in a movie theater as much as i cry when i'm in my own home watching a movie, but there was one instance when my boyfriend (now husband) went to see "the outsiders"--you know, the movie with all the hunks of the day--patrick swayze, tom cruise, c. thomas howell, ralph macchio, etc.--and, at the very end, ralph macchio's character dies. i started crying, and for the life of me i could not stop. i had to sit in the theater until everyone had gone because i was crying so much. and i was still crying when we got up to leave. i cried in the car all the way home, and i was still crying when we walked into the house. i don't know what was wrong with me that day. movies have made me cry before, but never like that...

There are a lot of movies that can make me misty eyed. Armageddon It's a Wonderful Life Driving Miss Daisy The Green Mile Terms Of Endearment (When the daughter's kids come to see her in the hospital for the last time.) A League Of Their Own Turner and Hooch In Castaway though, when Wilson floated away, It didn't bother me at all. [ 04-10-2001: Message edited by: PARTSDUDE ]

I BAWLED my eyes out when I saw "Message in a Bottle". That was one of the worst ones. I cried at both Babe movies. Definately cried at "My Girl". Dropped a few at Titanic. Schindler's List just purely drained me.... Gee, there are soooo many!

I hardly ever cry, I was raised that way (BOYS DON'T CRY). But when my son was 10 days old and it was the first quiet evening, we saw Paul Simon's live concert of Graceland in I think South-West-Africa. Then Paul sang Under African Skies together with Miriam Makeba, and I simply couldnt stop crying for at least a quarter of an hour. This is more than 12 years ago, and still I can't see that video or hear the song with dry eyes.

Old Yeller - I can't watch this movie anymore. There is not a gunshot in ANY movie that gets me as bad as the one in this film. The Godfather II - the only gunshot that even comes close to the one in Old Yeller-when Michael is standing at the window overlooking the lake and hears the gunshot that kills Fredo. Life Is Beautiful - "We won the game!!!" I lost it. Rocky IV - when Apollo dies. I bawled when I first saw it. Pride of the Yankees The Natural One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - when Chief kills Murph. Return of the Jedi - when Vader dies. Dead Poets Society - when Neil commits suicide.
