I've been stuck on report what you see for nearly 24 hours now, only mangaged worried eyewitness with a lot of help from wdwfla and I feel stupid asking again on the next one  .
I think I'm overthinking it, having tried a lot of things which I'm the first one to try.
In what way should I think american? 
I have only a few tries left before I get frozen out for the second time.
Maybe I should just quit this since I have so much trouble with the beginning and find an easier puzzle to learn how to do them.

Don't give up! This one is a visual puzzle..look at the picture. There are two elements to it. Combine the elements to make another word.

Just spent most of the evening trying to figure out d2. The answer was so simple. I was way way over thinking it. That seems to be a trend for most of the puzzles there so far.

I know how you feel, wdw...I am stuck on C3...no matter how I look at it, I can't see how to approach it. I've tried the obvious, and am now up to the obscure...I've been locked out twice, which probably isn't a bad thing, 'cos it makes you get up from the screen, in sheer frustration!

I could do with a hint or two, I have ruled out morse and binary as it is too early into the puzzle.
I have counted the over stitches both across and down on single threads and double threads.

Very close....count the number of times brown goes over grey across...change the number to the equivalent letter. Switch to counting grey over brown for the down.
And make sure to Google your answer!

I am still stuck on enigmath, so thought I would go explore in the other direction, but cannot get past each way bets, I have identified 7 of the ladies in question, but what to do with the names has me turning upside down.

some pictures are right side up...so the names are as well *pay attention to the numbers over the pictures* as to what to use from the name.
the pictures that are upside down....turn the names around
let me know if you need more of a hint

You progress pretty much the same way. But if you give a variation of an answer, for example Bill instead of William, you might get a different puzzle.
D3...I printed this one out. Made it much easier to solve. Let me know if you need a more specific hint.

The Stichem up has two possible answers, the obvious and the correct one, I went back and put the other answer in which allowed me to see some other puzzles, which leads to a dead end and then you have to retrace youer steps to the puzzle where you went wrong.
Anyway I am currently stuck on the gatekeeprer's riddle, I know what I have to do, just can't find the right words.
