And another steady week - stayed the same at Nine Stone Eight pounds

Lost one pound now - Nine stone and seven pounds (nine and half pounds!) . Took me six weeks to lose one pound, but during that six weeks I've not put any weight on either My weight is the lowest it's been for many years, and long may it continue

That is really wonderful Jane. I haven't weighed myself yet today.

Another steady week - still Nine Stone Six Pounds!

I really do belong here but believe me, I know my way of approaching everything is very different. That there is no way I can be me and not complicate, annoy, even frustrate seemingly simple goals.

Jane, I tried my scales gain, and still the weight is not shifting, it just isn't fair.

Oops! Been straying from my diet this week, and nibbling, so two pounds on, which makes me Nine Stone Eight pounds . But, it happens! And all the dry biscuits I was nibbling on, went out for the birds to enjoy!

Next week it will go down I am sure, you ae normally so good.

Back to Nine Stone Seven pounds (Nine and a half stone ) lost a pound this week. And if I stay the same this week, after chocolate galore over the weekend, I'd be a happy Easter bunny!

Yes of course, I forgot that. Now just to really upset you I will go to the tearooms around the corner and purchase one of the best chocolate eclairs in the world - if they have any left! Won't be long...

This is really not fair, this amazing tearoom (The Poplars) is less than half a mile from here, so a couple of minutes in the car. Sara will attest to the deliciousness (is there such a word) of their cakes, they made me a meringue, strawberry and cream conconction the first time she came to stay. Obscene.

A extremely good week, somehow I have lost 2 pounds, making me Nine Stone Four Pounds . But I am eatting sensibly, and also enjoying "goodies" in moderation. My ambition it to get to eight and a half, which would be just right for my height - barely 5 foot - and get into a dress. The weight loss has been slow and steady, the only way to do it, and I've felt much better since it went!

Mine has increased a few pounds as I was taken off diuretics last week.
