I know it's been over a month - but my weight has been remaining the same . I am now (drumroll!) Eight and a Half Stone! 119 pounds which is a all tme low! . Yes, I am still eating sensibly, and I am just glad the weight is staying off. I hope to lose just a few more pounds for Christmas!
As for my diet - I don't eat anything special in particular. I have a limited diet.

Way to go! It's great to see that you've achieved this success and stuck with the program. I know you've been posting on here for a while and have been working toward this for quite some time!

It's been almost a month since I've posted, but i've been away with my family, so my weight has been a little up and down But this week, back to Eight and a half stone (119 pounds)

Gosh it makes me nostalgic to hear weight in stones, I generally think in kilos!
My simple goal is not to let my weight creep above 60 kilo (132 lbs) (target weight for my height) which can be a tough challenge in winter when it's cooler and I want to eat more! Haven't weighed myself in about a month so here goes...Oops. 60.2! I guess I have to report back;)
An acceptable weight, it's the trend that always has to be watched, especially now.

My goal is pretty much the same Yaarbiriah. I havn't weighed myself in a while but I did last night and weighed in at 56.0kgs.

And this week, I weight ........
Eight Stone Six pounds (118 pounds) . This is a massive achievement - I honestly can't remember when I last was the same year - at least 15 or 16 years ago.
However, seeming it is December - advent calenders and Christmas - I am bound to put on a few pounds I will just limit the goodies
Mum has also battled with her weight for some years. She is also doing well with her Weight-Watchers club.

I haven't posted here in some time and have gained back any weight that I lost earlier this year. I am starting to get back on track though and hope to be losing more weight this time and keeping it off!

After a fun filled birthday when I ate what I wanted, only put a pound on this week, making me Eight Stone Seven pounds (eight and a half stone) which is pretty impressive, it could have been more!

It is December, and I eat a little more chocolate and other goodies than usual. Still stayed the same weight however - Eight Stone Seven pounds (Eight and a half stone, or 119 pounds!) Thats fine with me!

And it's still a steady week, not a pound on or off And considering December is always a "bad month" for food, for me, I couldn't be happier Eight Stone Seven pounds (Eight and a half stone, or 119 pounds!) Next week will probably be a different story!

Fingers crossed for you Jane but that is wonderful so you can relax and if you gain a pound or two I know you will soon shift it once more.

I think it's four or five weeks since I've posted, but I've had Christmas and two breaks away during that time ....
Ok, excuses over Over the Christmas break I put on five pounds, making me Eight Stone Twelve pounds but I am pretty sure that will go quickly. I've started my diet in earnest again
