Well, I thought perhaps if I said hi in your welcome board here, I may have a better chance of my 5 day old question in Feedback being answered

It's been seen by someone at an administrative level because it was moved (silly me put it in the wrong board). Even pm's sent to the moderator of the board and the manager dont seem to have much effect.

Nicely set up forum, just a pity you seem to ignore users genuine questions Or perhaps it is deemed a 'silly question' (I always thought that in a forum no question was silly).
