There is positively no mention of 4th street in Bob Dylan's "Positively 4th Street".

"Train in Vain" by The Clash. No trains in vain or otherwise are ever mentioned in the song.

"Superstar" (sung by many but I don't know who did it first - I remember Karen Carpenter's version best)

There's "The Fifty-Ninth street Bridge Song" by Simon and Garfunkel - or is "Feeling Groovy" an alternative title?

Tabby, the Simon And Garfunkel song is entitled "The 59th Street Bridge Song(Feelin' Groovy)". Even though they sing "feeling groovy", they don't mention the 59th Street bridge. A group known as Harper's Bizarre recorded a hit version in 1967. Gats, I had to research "Superstar". It was written by Leon Russell, and Bonnie Bramlett. The earliest version that I know of, is Rita Coolidge singing it on the 1970 Joe Cocker album "Mad Dogs And Englishmen". The Carpenters had a hit with it the following year. Another Nirvana song that doesn't have the title in the lyrics, is "Smells Like Teen Spirit".

"Hymn 43" by Jethro Tull, never mentions the word "hymn", or the number 43.

Bee Gees: "New York Mining Disaster 1941"
Ultravox: "Hymn"
Simon & Garfunkel: "For Emely, whenever I may find her"
New Seekers: "Anthem"
Barclay James Harvest "Hymn"

And every song with the word "Theme" in the title, like "Theme from Harry's game"
from Clannad.

We collected quite a lot of different Hymns!

Neil Young's "After the Goldrush"

As for Hymns, there are two different "Hymn To Her" songs, one by the Pretenders and one by Camel, neither with the title in the lyrics. Add to those, Elton John's "Hymn 2000".

There's "Mint Car" by The Cure. There are vanilla smiles and strawberry kisses, but no mints or cars.
And "977" by The Pretenders. I don't really know why it's called that.
