A movie produced & Directed by Willian "Cannon" Conrad and staring Troy McClure, er, I mean Donahue!

As to where you can find it, I think at this point your best chance is finding it through individuals who are willing to sell it off. I've tried amazon (linked from the Imdb page) and they don't show a listing. I also tried Half.com and they didin't have anyone who had a copy for sale. It's certainly not an exhaustive search so you may be able to find it. Good luck.
