actually, i think i must have read that somewhere once, and i was able to conjure it up from some deep, dark region of my brain. lol
ok...this should be fairly easy:
In "the big chill", who was the actor whose scenes were cut from the finished film, but his hands and arms can still be seen in the opening credits. his character has committed suicide, and he is being dressed for his funeral.

Kevin Costner...he played Alex...but then they decided to edit out the scenes of him prior to his death...so all we see is the body being dressed for the funeral.

Okay movie buffs...this one shouldn't be too hard at all;

This actor has played dozens of diverse rolls. Just a few of the on film jobs he's held are:

hired killer, veteran cop, sharp detective, chauffer, prisoner, and the president of the United States.

He's so cool, he's hot. Can you name this fantastic actor? Bonus points if you can name the movies those jobs are from!

In the movie "Apocalypse Now", the character Lieutenant Colonel Kilgore played by Robert Duvall said, "I love the smell of napalm in the morning...smells like victory."

This actor was four months old when he made his debut film appearance in the 1950's. He received his first Oscar nomination at age 22. Later an Oscar nomination launched him into several big hits in the '80s in which he was often the strong, underplaying workhorse overshadowed by other actors' flashier performances.
Who is the actor and [extra points] what are the 3 movies alluded to?

Oscar820 - The actor is Jeff Bridges (one of my favorites!) His debut movie at the age of 4 months old was The Company She Keeps. The movie that won Jeff his first Oscar nomination at age 22 was The Last Picture Show and the movie that got it all going for him was Starman.
Way to go Oscar!! Your turn!!

Shelly Winters and this actress are the only double Oscar winners for Supporting Actress. Who is she? For extra credit: Both of her Oscar winning roles were directed by the same man. Name him.

Great guess,but no it's not Elizabeth Hartman.She never won an Oscar.Although she was nominated for Best Actress in 1965,the year Shelly Winters won her second supporting actress Oscar for playing her mother in Patch Of Blue.The answer to my question is slightly more recent.By the way I'm impressed that you knew Guy Green was that film's director,even I had forgotten that.
