Directly under Mandela and to the left of the Dalai Lama.
I'm happy with that

I've done this test a few times before, and get different results everytime. Do manage to stay left/libertarian though, the difference is degree. This test is the furtherest left my economic score has ever been.

Not sure what you're asking, but left basically indicates holding socialist views, and right indicates capitalist views. Most people fall somewhere between the two extremes.
In the USA, the Democrats would be classed as left, and the Republicans as right - though I'm sure there are 'right thinking' Democrats and 'left thinking' Republicans, and many people hold right wing views on some issues and left wing views on others.
In the UK, the Labour Party is basically left, and the Conservatives basically right.

This is simply not possible: So many left leaners...

I am not sure but is it possible that some
(many of you) actually ticked a few "Politically correct" or "morally right" statements in that questionnaire

Just out of curiosity...

Maybe then, there could be something wrong with me...

Why is it not possible?
Obviously people who communicate regularly in the forums have a lot in common. That's why we hang around 'chatting' with each other - because we have found like minds.
I think it makes perfect sense to find that we also share a poplitical leaning, since we agree on so many other things as well.
Over the years that I've been hanging around these Forums, there have been people with strongly differing views, but they haven't lasted very long here, because they didn't find a lot of support or sympathy for the points they were trying to make.

That puts me smack in the middle of the left wing, libertarian quadrant of the compass. Which, I suspect, comes as no surprise to any of you who know me.

Wow Linda, we were close, here's mine:

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -7.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.64

On that chart it places me right inbetween Nelson Mandela and the Dalai Lama.. who knew?

I answered honestly with what I believe as best I could with the options given. Is it so hard to believe there are compassionate people in a society which is so obsessed with possessions and money?

If I did pick them, it was only because I believed them to be true. I am not PC for the sake of it, trust me.

I have read on other sites that the scoring of answers and wording of the questions on this test are actually configured so that there is a bias towards the left. You need to answer rather radically conservatively to be as far on the right as many of us are on the left.
So it's entirely possible, if it is skewed that way, that we're all lefties and the next best thing to Ghandi. (Who my score shows I'm sitting squarely on top of. )
