I went and saw Guy Ritchie's (Mr. Madonna)latest movie Snatch. last week and was thoroughly entertained. And I was wondering if any one else caught this movie and wonder what they thought about it. It seemed to me to be a slightly less violent British Pulp Fiction. I hadn't even thought about watching his first film Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels which I heard was good but now after seeing Snatch. I'm going to the video store and have a look.

Howdy! "Snatch" is fabulous! Absolutely loved it! And since then, for my recent birthday, friends gave me Ritchies, first flick, "Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels"! Haven't watched it yet, but will soon. Have heard mucho good things about "Lock, Stock" also!

I thought snatch was very clever and funny also!!!!!!!!!

I love the film....It is sooo funny and the story is just, well written. Lock, Stock is also a fantastic movie...hard to say which one is better. All I know is that Lock was on a cheaper budget.

My advice...Watch Both !!

Further to my original post I rented Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and although it was entertaining in its own right I think I liked Snatch a bit better. Just for the Rottweiler and the squeaky toy alone.
