There are a few service stations selling gasoline for $1.97/gal. There are others that are just above $2. A couple of days ago, there was a service station in Grand Prairie selling gasoline for $1.99, but that was before others dropped. Has anyone else seen a sub-$2 price lately?

Ours here in western PA just hit $2.29 yesterday - I'm hoping it goes below $2.00/gallon soon!

Not sure of all the conversion rates involved, but Sydney has gone from $1.49/litre to around $1.12/litre. We have a long weekend coming up, so the petrol outlets will jack up their prices again on Friday.

Do other places have the price cycles? We get cheaper fuel on Tuesdays, and then it jumps up on Wednesday or Thursday.

Oh yeah, our gas goes up every Thursday night and drops on Monday-it went to 2.11 a gallon here--losing about 9 cents a gallon since Friday.

A$1.49/L is equal to US$4.23/gal., and A$1.12/L is equal to US $3.18/gal. Since the conversion rate fluctuates, the dollar part may change, but a gallon is about 3.785 liters.

In Arkansas, they have a Super Tuesday (in certain areas) where the super unleaded price is the same as the regular unleaded price.

Gas in South Africa is equal to US$1.00 per litre. Believe that is equal to around US$5.00 per gallon. There is no fluctuation in the price as it is set by the Government, gas stations cannot charge more or less for gas.
