They paint it on the roofs of the carriages to help protect them from the weather! I watched an old ABC program with footage from way back to the early 80s of Steam Trains in Australia, and there they were, painting 'Sump Oil' on the carriages! So IT is useful . . . well, sorta . . . "We're happy little Vegemites . . ." _________________________ I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy!
