Just a test. Test, test, test.

Please let me know if any forums data seems odd... so garbled posts, usernames, etc. It should be all fine and normal, but I'd like to be careful.

Don't see anything strange in the forums so far, but I can't edit all of a sudden - part of what you're up to?

Never mind, it's back. I was getting the grey screen on all edit pages for a few minutes. All seems to be OK now.

Probably me rebooting the db server. I haven't migrated Quizzyland yet... I'll probably get to that tomorrow.

And then I move us to our new blazing webserver

I did a test on the new server earlier today... it managed to process 250 FunTrivia pages per second and barely break a sweat. That should hold us over for a while

Cool! I was experiencing the same issue, JRun Server blah blah error. It was offline about 3-5 minutes for me and then back.

Now that FT has almost 1 million members, I'm glad that your new server will handle everything! I haven't had any problems lately myself, but I am glad to see that the ones who did have problems were short-lived problems.
