My friend got me The Historian! He's such a sweetie! I'm still reading another book but I can't wait to get started on it.

Like Ren, I also received an Amazon gift certificate and had a wonderful time browsing. I managed to get five new books and look forward to read ing them all.

I got Lisey's Story, which I think may be the best book that Stephen King has written (yes, I've read it already!) and Red Carpets and other Banana Skins, Rupert Everett's Autobiography, which I haven't started yet.
