I cannot heear anything!
Like if I watch a movie you'll see the people moving but no sound.
Also when I play games no sound.

And when I click on Sound it says this.
"There are no active mixers available to install mixer devices, go to control panel, click printers and other hardware then click add hardware"

please help!

Not had this myself but found this cure that seems to have helped some:

* Click on the 'Start' button and select 'Run...'
* Type: services.msc and click OK.
* Look for an entry called 'Windows Audio'.
* Double-click on it.
* In the box that opens, make sure the 'Startup type' is set to 'Automatic'.
* If it isn't, change it and click OK.
* Close Services.

It may be necessary to restart the computer for the setting to take effect.

You might have to reinstall the sound driver if this doesn't help. Have a look in Device Manager (see Windows Help and Support - search for 'Device Manager' - select 'Using Device Manager'). Are there any question marks or exclamation marks showing in the box?
