Okay, so here's a favorite of mine.
2 pieces salmon, 1 serving size each
2 tablespoons grated parmegiano reggiano (ugh, don't use the stuff in the green shaker thing! Fresh is so very much better.)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1/3 cup Miracle Whip (I use the fat free!)
1 teaspoon dry white wine
Mix well all ingredients except salmon. Spread over both pieces of salmon, and top with a bit more grated parmeggiano reggiano.
Bake at 450º for 12 to 15 minutes.
