he was a friend from his early days at RADA, where my first husband studied. he was a lovely person and a brilliant actor. He came to my first wedding , and made a hilarious speech. I shall never forget him . This is a very sad day.

He WAS Inspector Morse! I just checked the link ren33 provided to make sure...because I loved him. In all his small screen appearances. Geez............A&E was my PASSION before the "forums"...and, well, I super-loved John Thaw..............
