Ok, I'm hoping that I am doing this right. My first time posting.
My favorite singer was Harry Chapin. His songs were unbelievable. They made you think, some made you change your ways. He had a impact on alot of people, I know that he did on me and my husband. I so admired him and his fight against World Hunger. Seen him in concert here in Michigan five or six months before he died. My favorite song of his is "Flowers Are Red", because I believe that today we are not letting our kids be 'kids', we are no longer looking at life 'through the eyes of our children'. I have three grandbabies, ages 6 to 13 and I let them be kids. But I guess that 'Letting Kids be Kids' is another Forum Topic. If you get the chance, listen to some of Harry Chapin's music. He was the greatest 'Story Teller' ever in the music field.
Take Care,
Grandma Hippie
