My favourite show ever has got to be 'Prison Break', i also love 'Lost' and quite like 'Desperate Housewives'.

Of older shows I like 'Red Dwarf', the way they ended that still annoys me...I want to know what happened!!! I also love 'Friends', never get bored of watching those shows over and over, 'Joey' was good too.

'The Vicar of Dibley', 'Fawlty Towers' and 'SM:TV' were also great shows.

All time fave will always be Star Trek: TNG. I am going to have to add Las Vegas to that list now. I simply adore that show!

Roseanne - probably the greatest television show in the history of TV.

The Nanny with Fran Drescher - sort of a guilty pleasure, but I'm not afraid to tell my friends.

Fawlty Towers (BBC/UK) - incredibly intelligent television series. I don't usually laugh at it, but it's still wonderfully entertaining.

Wings - definitely a guilty pleasure, but I like ensemble sit-coms.

there are more. I'll try to think of them.

I welcome you to check out my profile on the other side of Fun Trivia besides those listed in my profile I've some how got caught up in cop shows. Being retired from law enforcement I shake my head at myself.

CSI series
Law & Order Series
24
NCIS

I don't care for the shooting so much it's the puzzle aspects that keep interested.

I know! That was classic. Lots of memorable moments from that show, but turkeys "dropping like bags of wet cement" out of the news helicopter was just inspired.

Now wait a minute, Clarasue. You must have forgotten the episode where Johnny Fever is hiding from the Phone Police. Or the funeral home jingle episode [I think these are the lyrics, since suddenly all the KRP video clips seem to have been yanked from the internet] -

[staff poised in front of microphone, singing to soft upbeat tune not unlike that of a feminine hygiene ad ]

"Hey, you're young and swingin',
No time to think about tomorrow
But there ain't no way to deny it
Some day, you're gonna buy it.
Plan today,
Go with Ferryman Tomorrow!
Ferryman, Ferryman,
he's the man with the plot, the man with the plan!
Ferryman, Ferryman,
He's the mortician man who loves you ...
A lot!"

edited to add correct lyrics, which I found -but forget seeing the video clips online anymore -they're just gone.

Good work KT on those lyrics - I actually can hear them singing in my head! Funny we should be talking of WKRP when Mama Carlson died just this week, she was not seen often but made quite an impression on the viewers. RIP Carol Bruce.

Another unforgettable episode was the on-air (anti-)drug/alcohol "testing" conducted by a Cincinnati police officer between Dr. Johnny Fever and Venus Flytrap. Venus' response times actually improved if I'm not mistaken...

I loved the "phone cops" episode, too! I loved all of them, I guess.

I did not realize Mama Carlson had passed away, sorry to hear it.
