Welcome. If you check out the Feedback forum you will see why this place is currently like the Marie Celeste! I pressed a wrong button and banned more than 15,000 members, including all the administrators and the webmaster!

Whoops!

I am currenly posting with a slightly altered name (mine is sue943) as I needed to make another account in order to confess to my sins.

Hi there, pleased to meet you I was born in NW UK and spent my formative years there, some family still over there. Good memories.

Welcome indeed, your opening remarks also reminded me immediately of Mr. Saville - 'now then, now then', which incidently he's still saying. He's back on TV right now, doing a sort of repeat 'Jim'll Fix It', where they're bringing back people who had something 'fixed' 25 or more years ago, and letting them have another go!
Jim hasn't aged much in the last 25 years, and his dress sense is as bizarre as it ever was!
