The Colonnade on Hastings sea-front, part of Burton's early 19th-century St Leonards. It looks a bit grubby today and is given over to souvenir shops and cafés.

Ewk!
I popped up to the shops and bank as yesterday was a public holiday and so is tomorrow which means the supermarket will be closed. Then I realised that today is my 'half birthday' so I bought myself a treat - a fresh cream doughnut!

Yesterday I walked through our very colourful and beautiful flower market and stupidly didnt take a picture. This is part of what I bought though. There were these reddy brown orchids, some daisy things, some gypsophilla and some orange pineapple flowers(don't know the name in English) All this for about 5 US$! My flars

This is the related Colindale platform where if you wait long enough you may see a train. If you're really lucky it'll be on your platform, and if it's your birthday it'll be going on the same branch you want without having to change at Camden Town. This was why I bought a motorbike the day I was 16 and never looked back.
