latest news i hear is that they've all been painting chairs to reflect there personalities .... my guess is that Spencer's is grey
*LOL!* oleg_mcnoleg. Do you think that Spencer will be awake enough to even try to paint it?!

The bitching: I am SO sorry amberg, but I couldn't hear it all. Jade and Adele were in the pool together and Jade said (ironically) that she felt that Alison was irritating her because of the amount that she was speaking and Adele told Jade that she (Adele) was glad that someone else had said out loud what she had been thinking about Alison!

I noticed that they said that out of her earshot - Alison could annihilate them with one slap of her wrist (not that i'm condoning violence, mind you!)Anyway, this marks the first batch of gossip to start, so you'll probably see this today or tomorrow on the telly.

There is an article today in 'The Daily Record' about Sandy this time - his 17 year old daughter who was devastated to hear about his views about 'brats' and his ex partner (the 17 year old' mum) who labelled him a 'dastardly rapscallion' (sic).

So Tellywellies, Janney and anyone else ...care to join in with myself, amberg, oleg_mcnoleg and Sypher...?

OOOh *NEWSFLASH*

They have all been sent into the girls' room at the moment and Alison is lying on the bed with Alex and I do believe she tweaked his nip*le - ooooeur missus!!! [Eek!] [Eek!] [Eek!]

Sunita apparently went into the Big Brother room to say that she is regretting going into the house - she was told to go back and discuss this with the other people in the house. She feels that she is not bonding with anyone in the house the way she perceives other people are there - hot off the BBLB press at 7.05pm!!!!

sorry I think it's called 'the Love Train' game.

The second Australian one has been one here for about 5 weeks, although I don't watch every show I do find myself getting interested.

In the British one, do you have the intruders too? How many ... there was 3 this time, one was voted out by the house, one was included in the first eviction after he arrived and was voted out by the audience ... the third one lives on but BB threw a spanner in the works by having EVERYONE nominated this week and there will be TWO evicted this Sunday. 'a first for Big Brother'

(if there are any other Australians reading this ... do Jessica and Marty annoy the hell out of you too???)

In reply to Copago:

Yes, Jess & Marty are annoying. I just hope that Marty's girlfriend (on the "outside") has a big brother who will give him a bit of what for! [Big Grin]

I shouldn't be mean, but Jess is a little too hard core for my liking and Marty seems like a bit of a kid. But, there you go.. [Confused] [Smile]

Copago

Our BB3 is only 6 days old, so no news of intruders. By intruders, do you mean replacements, or do they really sneak in?

Two days ago, they found that someone had written their initials onto the floor on one of the stairs, which freaked them out a bit - as the initials did not match the name of any of the contestants and also more importantly, they are not allowed to have pens with them in the house! Maybe this is the forewarning of our 'intruders'!!!

Has anyone hooked up in the Aussie BB? [Smile] [Smile] [Smile]

Our intruders were all organized by the show to add a little spice, I suppose. They were kept in the dark, away from all media and so on, until they arrived and so didn't know any of the other housemates from the TV.

The aforementioned Jessica and Marty have hooked up ... they are being really restrained but you just know that if the cameras weren't there they'd be into it. There were two other couples but both have been split up because of evictions. Anyone on yours yet?

Allynellie - don't forget the bit about the freezer being turned off!! Could that have been an intruder too??

I read Davina Macall in Heat yesterday and she said that a couple of weeks before BB goes live they had people living in the house....perhaps their ghosts live on.

I tell you, if they do put extras in I hope they are a lot more entertaining than Josh - he was a complete pr**k.

Just read up a bit on the Australian BB, and there was a bit about farting in the diary room and how ex-housemates feel they've been misrepresented. Brodie looked quite fit!!

And is it just me, or does anyone else wonder why all the girls fancy Alex? He's so skinny and so anal about everything!!

hey amberg,

I never thought of the freezer incident as sabotage - now that WOULD be interesting.

OOh Copago, if you have time could you give us a run down of all the contestants in your BB and what you think of them - do you or the Aussie public have a champion who they think will win?

Hey this would be interesting following the Aussie and the UK one simultaneously. Is it on currently in any other countries?

Copago, is there a website that we can log on to for up to date news of the Aussie BB?

[Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

PS: I spent this morning learning Alison's new dance - how sad is that - think it'll catch on in the clubs? [Eek!]

hi everyone

the freezer wasn't sabotage ..... it was ..... aliens !!

Instead of crop circles they're going to go round turning on and off electrical appliances (Blondie's "Rapture" was obviously prophetic!)

agree with the sentiments about Josh - total waste of space. Hope we don't go down the gimmicky way that the rest of the world's BB's are going ... guest appearances, extras, etc, etc

like the idea of freaking their minds though! (like the freezer & the initials on the stairs) think they should go in overnight and steal the cutlery! .. or a sock each ...

think i'm losing my marbles ... must be all this Spy TV!!

anyway one way or another ... sunita must go !!

*LOL!* oleg_mcnoleg.

Do you think Moonrockie's been sneaking into the BB house inbetween sneaking into here? Oh I would love it if the aliens/intruders went in and took away their yeast or something - the bread making has become way too cosy !!!!

I seriously think that if Sunita could relax enough, that she would make an interesting element in the house - she's very certain of her views and that would be interesting if she got into a debate with some of the other housemates.

Jade - as irritating as she is, I think she makes for an interesting housemate. Don't you think it would be more interesting to leave her there and see what happens as she gossips more with Adele - those two seem to be having an increasing number of gossip sessions. It would be interesting once Alison cottoned on to the fact that they were talking about her and Jonny - then sparks would fly !!!!

If we keep getting rid of all the interesting ones, we'll just be left with the bland and that would be SOOOO boring.

I think I'm going to vote out Spencer or Alex. Spencer has been so boring and all Alex does is moan !!!!

Sunita....yep....she has got to go, what a boring cow !! At least Jade has become interesting and she doesn't scream or giggle at everything !!

It's going to be interesting when they all find out that one of them has to go on Friday and they have to choose who it is from the public vote !!

Alison......damn...that girl is so in your face, saying that...she takes up most of the screen !! lol
I personally can't stand her...and she looks like a man in drag !! Nope, scrub that....a man in drag would look better !!

Spencer is still boring, Sandy is ill and they think a bug is going around the house...I wonder if Spencer will pretend to be ill so he can copy Sandy !!

Kate...Hmmmmmm....She can stay...just for the camera shots when she crouches on the floor !! Sorry...but it is a nice view !!

Who have I miss ? Oh yeah...non-existant PJ and I've got nothing good to say Johnny !! Probably missed some others but if I can't remember them, than they're not worth it !! hehehehehe

I think the chickens should win !! They outlast all the contestants !! lol

I have a question:

How live are the live transmissions on E4.

I ask this because a moment ago (it is now 3.05pm) Kate asked whether it was lunchtime and just before it was dubbed over I heard someone say it was 1pm!

Also: Adele and Jade are doing Alison's hair for her - interesting after all the gossip they were sharing about Alison. I wish she would find out about it.

Just looked up the Australian BB website - there seems to be a real coup going on there doesn't there?

I have some newfound respect for Jade:

whilst she was doing Alison's hair, she came clean and told Alison that she thought that Alison didn't like her. They managed to sort it out and Alison asked her whether she had discussed it with anyone else...Jade admitted to it, though I'm not sure that she said it was Adele - but they seem to have sorted it out now.

I say keep Jade - lose PJ or Spencer/Spanky - even if it's his 22nd birthday !!!

The transmissions are supposed to be 15 minutes behind so that E4 has time to mute any foul mouth words which can't be heard during daytime viewing....

I expected that Sypher, just didn't expect them to be 2 hours behind us.
They just did another time check on BB and said it was 4.15pm (it's now 4.30pm) so they've caught up with us.

I think Big Brother is playing games with all of us !!! [Eek!] [Eek!] [Eek!]

See what I mean about them putting people with summer birthdays in the house?? They can fuel them all with drink and have nookie or explosions!!

I'm reserving judgement on Jade as she was doing the Brian thing with "I can see people in the walls" thing the other night, and then got Sunita's name wrong just like Helen. She just strikes me as being slightly....off!!

I don't know why but I thought Sypher was a girl!!

I may have to start voting for Alex as he is driving me mad with the cleanliness thing....grrrr
[Mad] .

What I thought was telling last night on the Ch4 highlights was the bit with Adele and Sunita talking about families. Why didn't Sunita say how many sisters have you got, do they look like you, what ages are they?? She just doesn't seem to make and effort in conversations unless she thinks she can argue that person into submission.

In case you haven't all heard ... just after 8pm last night Sunita announced that she was going to leave the house [Big Grin] ! Hurrah [Big Grin] !

It's interesting that all those that were really hyper over the first couple of days (Jade/Jonny/Alison) appear to be calming somewhat.

On the ups and down ... Alex & Lynne are beginning to really grate .... Lynne had a real go at Spencer last night 'bout his "arrogance" & "cockiness" ... looked to me like she was the one being arrogant !!

... Still can't quite work out why i don't like Kate ...

Anyway on the assumption that Sunita keeps to her word (she is a barrister after all [Wink] ) and leaves ... Alex (the laxative king) or PJ (and Dunc) must go !!

What's going to be funny is that it is now possible for the house to lose TWO people in the first week instead of one (which they still don't know is going to happen)

Alex & Lynne are beginning to really grate
Alex is really getting on my nerves. He had a 'hairy canary' today because someone left the top off the fabric washing liquid in the draw just under the sink in the kitchen and it spilled everywhere. He went ON and ON and ON about it all morning - even after everybody had sympathised with him.

(Personally, I think it's the 'intruders' playing mischief again !!!)

Then in a frenzied moment he decided to call a housemates meeting as he wanted a forum in which they could set the rules of the house. He woke up Kate, PJ and Spencer to have it and then backed off!

He also ran after Alison when she took out the fabric washing liquid to remind her to screw the lid on tight ! Ugh he's driving me bananas !!!!

So Sunita's finally decided to leave - she seems to have relaxed now and seems really nice.

Lynne's a bit of a what we call up here a: 'nippie sweetie' - inbetween some of the sweet bits, she's a bit mean and sharp with her comments.

!!!Happy Birthday Lee !!!

Yesterday they talked about how they would feel if someone left BB or if new people were going to be introduced suddenly to the house. They still haven't caught on to this week's eviction.

I have voted for Spencer to be kicked out - what a lazy *!?%£^" [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

PS: oleg_mcnoleg I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who thinks Duncan when they hear/read PJ!!! Let's get ready to rumble........!

PPS: Alex is talking about how slow Lenny is in 'Of Mice and Men'. If you know the characters in this book, the words: 'pot', 'kettle' and 'black' come to mind !!!!

Aaaah the good old days of PJ and Duncan in Byker Grove.

On RI:SE this morning they had footage of him on "The Villa", and he just came across as a complete wimpy saddo. He said the way to get women to sleep with him was to give them alcohol in the middle of the day as they get drunk quicker. It must have cost him a lot of money so far is all I can say.

My waking thought this morning was what if BB have put Alison in there to stir things up about food. We already know Sandy lost it over milk and sugar shortages, but if food does go down quickly don't you think the others will blame Alison straight away as she's a big girl?? Has she been put in to deliberately cause friction?

Thank heavens Sunita is going - and another girl will go in, imagine if she's pretty, that will put a few noses out of joint.

And what did I say about Kate and Spencer and the lady doth protest too much. She is flirting with him severely, but all she ever does is criticise him!!!!

Do you mean PJ?Duncan?

I slept in this morning, so missed RI:SE - now I regret it !

They got more milk from BB this morning as a wee treat - how boring !!! Now, now amberg, bitching about Alison !!!!! I think she's great - the look she gave Alex as he instructed her to screw the lid on the bottle tight was priceless - as he quickly changed tack and apologised profusely for being so 'naggy'!

So you think one of them is a 'plant'?

Did anyone here take up the offer and win Adele's hair extensions that were up for the taking last night on BBLB? Yuck, I can't think of anything more gross !!! [Eek!] [Eek!] [Eek!]

I wasn't being bitchy about Alison - I like her too, she has a bit of life and tries to entertain herself. I'm no Kylie Minogue myself (about Jade's size), so wouldn't criticise her, but when you say a plant I wonder if she may be. I think Josh was last year although no one has ever admitted it. It was the way he always was the one that made them fail a task, and wound up Brian.

Alison seems to cause a big reaction in anyone she comes into contact with, and even Adele said she didn't "feel special" anymore as she wasn't a sole minority, and yet she's not bothered by Lee. Alson is one to watch!!

I think if Jade is up for eviction tomorrow she will not be chosen by the housemates as she's liked too much. If she's up against Lynn or Sandy she's ok.

Sandy is driving me mad with all his "If you were in the army....", I'd just have to say I'm not.

Sorry allynellie they had footage of PJ on The Villa. At one point he was saying "Maybe the girls don't fancy me", and another bloke said "Didn't you know - they don't". Saddo!!
