To paraphrase an old catchphrase, some of the films I love are film noirs. Among the ones I've taped are: the Wilder classic "Double Indemnity", Robert Siodmak's "The Killers" and "Criss Cross", Jacques Tourneur's masterpiece, "Out Of The Past", Howard Hawks' dynamite adaptation of "The Big Sleep" with Bogie and Bacall, Dassin's "The Naked City" and "Brute Force", Polonsky's "Force Of Evil" and "Kiss Of Death" (the original). I've also seen Dassin's "Night and the City" (and own the original Gerald Kersh novel), "Nightmare Alley" and Aldrich's "Kiss Me, Deadly". Oh, I also have on tape Welles' "Touch Of Evil"! tjoeb};>

Your quiz on 'Kiss Me Deadly' was good. I got a 19/20 on it.

I have one of the greatest film noirs of the 20th century: Laura. Enough said.
