What exactly does a moderator have to do?

Moderators encourage conversations, and will be able to delete posts of obnoxious people. Pretty much, you'd get your own turf and can administer it as you wish. The goal is to get some good conversation started though.

This is all new and experimental, so we'll have to see how things catch on. If you'd like to moderate a forum, just shout
