Oh WOW. I just finished the book I've been reading and it was wonderful. I just couldn't put it down. I read it in within 48 hours. Oh, I guess I should give you the title. "LEFT BEHIND" by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. It's the 1st in a series of 12. 6 are already in print the next 6 are soon to be released. Each novel ranges between 450 to 500 pages. I'm now starting Part 2 "TRIBULATION FORCE".

If anyone else out there gets a chance to read one of these novels, please post a reply and let me know what you thought about it.

Hey Cindy!
Thanks for suggesting some good reading, I especially like reading books that are in series. Can you tell us something about the subject matter? Maybe the "teaser" from the book jacket?

Are these harcover or soft? I wonder if the library has them yet?

Hi Shuttlebunny,

These books are based during the end times of the world. It has biblical references to the book of revelation so some people may not enjoy this book.

The book begins with millions of people on earth disapearing leaving behind all there matierial possesions. (ie. clothes, jewlery, dentures, contact lenses). Many people have there own theroies as to why it happened ranging from the second coming of Christ to Alien attacks. It goes on about the rising of the Anti-Christ and other biblical Prophisies.

I have become so attached to the characters that I feel I've known them for years. Not to many books out today make me feel that way. If you do get a chance to read it, let me know how you liked it.
